The items presented on yulianachi.com are ready made (unless it is listed otherwise) and can be modified only in a minor way, such as enlarging or shorten (if possible) max circumference. This service is free of charge and can be requested along with the order.

If you’d liked to order an item presented on the site in different color or otherwise modified, it is possible for most designs. You can request it special made. Please CONTACT to get details and estimated time of completion.

If my Yuliana Chi Luxury item came damaged?

If the item has been damaged during shipping you can send it to us for repair. Customer pays sipping cost, the repair is free of charge. Item for repair should be sent accordingly our Return Policy. For more information, please read Returns For Repair.

If you purchased a ready made piece and it hasn’t been sipped yet. You can cancel an order, please email to contact@yulianachi.com. Once an item been shipped, an order cannot be canceled but it may be returned according to our Returns policy.

If you wish to cancel a special made order before it has been shipped, the cancellation fee in amount of 50% from the original price will occur. Once your special order item been shipped, an order cannot be canceled but it may be returned according to our Returns policy, the cancellation fee in amount of 50% from original cost will apply.
